If you have a problem, we will solve it. Refund it. Whatever it takes. Simply get in touch.

If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, you can return your SleepTooth within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

To start a return, please contact us. We'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Where Is My Order?

Please use the tracking link you received via email or SMS to track your order. Once your order gets handed off to The Carrier by our overseas shipping partner, you will then be able to use it to track your package. Shipping typically takes 5-14 days. If it has taken longer than that, please contact us and we will investigate further.

My SleepTooth isn't loud enough, how do I make it louder?

The most common reason your SleepTooth may sound quiet or muffled is that the actual individual speakers aren't positioned directly over your ears. Adjust the speakers within the headband material by sliding them into the correct position. Once over your ears, the sound should be loud and clear.

Can I wash my SleepTooth?!

Yes! First remove the electronics from your SleepTooth by sliding them out of the opening in the back of the headband material. Once removed, you can then hand or machine wash. Once dry, you can reinsert the electronics.
